After Upgrade of view connection server "cannot establish tunnel connection"

Good morning,

i upgraded this morning one of our replicated view connection servers from version 6.2.2 to 6.2.4.

After the upgrade our users are getting the error message "cannot establish tunnel connection".

would someone have an idea as to what this could be?
