Trying to define Default Parent VM, cannot see anything in the list.

Here's where I'm at:

1. I've got my VM inside of ESX.

2. When I try to make my first pool, and go here I get this: http://screencast.com/t/SCh2qqzRi

If I'm supposed to make this a template using ESX, so then it's listed, I cannot figure out how to do that.
