we are facing with an Outlook problem.
We have about 70 vdi machines, Windows 7 Os and Office 2013 with latest updates installed.
We configured Outlook in "ONLINE MODE" in order to bypass local ost cache.
Here is the problem:
Some vdi users , about five, are experiencing problem during printing from Outlook since it hide the print preview and keep for many second with the message "connecting to printer" really slow.
The master image is the same for all users,no third part plugin are enabled.
The printer driver is a universal printer pcl6 and is the same for all 200 users and only 5 have this problem.
We tried to deactivate graphic hardware accelerator but the problem is still there.
Any advise?
