VMware View 5.1 - Security Server - Firewall Config

Let me start with, I am very new to VMware View.

My setup seems very straight forward.  I have two security servers in my DMZ, connecting to two Connection Servers on the internal network.  From inside my network, I can connect to the Connection servers and get a desktop.  From the Internet, I am able to connect to the security servers and make a connection to a desktop, that all works just fine.

My issue is this, we also have a wireless network in our organization.  The main internal corporate network requires the user to be on a comany resource and have a company username and password on the domain.  VMware View works fine from the internal corporate wireless.

Where it does not work is our Guest wireless network.  For those familiar with Cisco WLC configs, this is setup with a DMZ anchor controller connecting to the internal controllers.  When a user connects to the Guest wireless, they are actually given an IP address in one of our DMZs.  So I have a user in my DMZ trying to make a connection to my outside (Internet facing) security servers.

I am able to make the connection and get the authentication page, and I see my available desktops.  But when I click the desktop to connect, I get the black screen and after about 10-15 seconds, I get disconnected.

Now, I have read that the black screen has to deal with PCoIP not connecting, but I have ensured that all the ports are open from my DMZ network to the Security server network.

My question is, on the security server, the settings for PCoIP, I have to enter the public IP address for that setting.  Is that causing me an issue with the connection?

My firewall is a Cisco ASA, and I do not have the intra-interface setting enabled (InfoSec reasons), but I don't know if that would even help.

My guest wireless and my security servers are in different DMZs and the Security servers are on a higher security level.

Sorry, this is so long, I just wanted to include as much as I could.

Thank you for any help
