Input_devtap ==> touch injection is not allowed (View Agent 6 on physical Win7 64bits machine w/ smartcard PCoIP option)

Hi,

Facing a new issue while experimenting various configuration of HP T310 zero client : failure case is here with a physical machine running Win7 in 64 bits. For info, the same config with a VM is working fine.

Physical Machine is a Dell Precision T3500 with the latest firmware (A17) for that machine.

Zero client is a HP T310 w/ 1 USB kbd, 1 USB mouse and 1 USB smartcard reader (HID)

The physical machine has a failing keyboard init : logs show :

03/16/2015, 16:58:53.365> LVL:0 RC:   0     EXTERN :input_devtap ==> InputDevTap_Attach: areWeInRDSSession 0 sessionId 1
03/16/2015, 16:58:53.365> LVL:0 RC:   0     EXTERN :input_devtap ==> kbdDriver is allowed.
03/16/2015, 16:58:53.365> LVL:0 RC:   0     EXTERN :input_devtap ==> touch injection is not allowed.
03/16/2015, 16:58:53.365> LVL:0 RC:   0     EXTERN :input_devtap ==> Attach failed. Unable to open kbd device.
03/16/2015, 16:58:53.365> LVL:1 RC:-500     SERVER :InputDevTap_Attach() failed (result=1001)

At the end, only the mouse is moving ok, but no clicks can be received by the PC. Kdb has no effect. S/C reader seems to work (hard to say actually).

I tested w/ and w/o the Host kbd & mouse plugged => no impact. Of course, if you play with the host kbd/mouse, it work fine... but such a workarounf is not really helping "virtual desktop" approach...

RDP mode (with another thin client (Wyse)) is working fine.

See attached logs, all starting at the right time.

Please help !
