Hi guys, we're having problems with the reconnections to the VDI desktops. We have Horizon View 6.0.1 build-2088845 and Windows XP (linked clone) in the users desktops with the latest Agent version (Horizon 6.0.1.2089044)
Ocassionally, when a users reconnect to the desktop get the message
the display protocol for this desktop is currently not available
or
the assigned desktop source for this desktop is not currently available
The log.txt " ...VDM\logs" in the virtual desktops says:
