I am having trouble installing the view Agent on a VM. I receive an error message - "Failed to obtain critical security information from LDAP at" %server% "it is possible that the specified server is running an old software version and will need to be upgraded to support this agent installation"
The Agent version is 5.0.1.640055
I have other VDIs that my predecessor had configured with the same agent version, and they are working. I can even uninstall/reinstall the agent on one of these without issue (although the installer does NOT ask for the VDM server address)
any ideas?
