I have View 5.1.2 (928164) running on vCenter 5.1. We are using both Automated and Manual pools.
Automated pools are still working fine, but I have issues wuth adding computers to manula pools.
In certain cases we need to give user persistent dedicated virtual machine, and some time back the View agents on virtual machines have stopped registering themselves to connection server.
I have done several fresh installs for new virtual machines running Windows 7, joined them to domain and installed View agent to VM, as instructions tell you to do.
When running agent installer on VM, it does not ask for connectiong server address, so running using default values.
The problem is that virtual machines do not appear to Connection server as unentitled machine. From connectivity standpoint there are no FW rules between connection servers and virtual machines.
Has anyone had similar issues? Do I miss something ridiculously simple? Or just do something wrong?
