We have recently come across an issue whereby when a user disconnects from their session and then reconnects there is an 8 second black screen before their desktop appears.
This has not always been the case .... the delay was the normal 2-3 seconds. I cannot track any changes that might have caused it so I'm looking for some help. Has anyone experienced anything similar?
